New to hair replacement? Start with a free consultation — it isn't on the booking site yet, so call or text (423) 668-7097 and we'll set it up. A few other services are booked by phone for now too; their pages say so.
Before you book
- I wear a hair system — what should I book?
- If you are new to the salon and already have a hair system, please call before booking so we can put you with the right appointment. If you are brand new to hair replacement, book a consultation with us first — it is free, and it is the only way to price the work honestly. It is not on the booking site yet, so call or text (423) 668-7097 to set it up.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Two to three weeks is comfortable for a cut. Color and extension appointments book further out. If you need something sooner, call — cancellations open up more often than you would think.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Please give us at least 48 hours. There is no charge if you cancel late — we would just rather know, because an empty chair is a slot someone else wanted. Repeated no-shows may mean a deposit before booking again.
- Do I need a consultation first?
- If you are new to hair replacement, or getting extensions for the first time — yes. Both depend so heavily on your hair length, density and colour history that quoting them sight-unseen would not be honest. Consultations are free and carry no obligation. - Can I bring photos?
- Please do. Bring photos of what you love and, just as usefully, what you do not. It is the fastest way to get on the same page, and it prevents the "that is not what I meant" moment at the end.
- How much will it actually cost?
- Menu prices are starting points. Length, density and color history all move the number. You will always get the final price before we begin — never a surprise at the register.
